CUSTOMIZED TREATMENTS:

SWEDISH MASSAGE: A basic relaxing massage with a sensual and therapeutic touch.

SHIATSU MASSAGE: A Japanese system of physical therapy, given with the fingers, thumbs and elbows. Mainly concentrates on the pressure points throughout the body which directly affects the balance of vital energy. There is some stretching involved.

DEEP TISSUE / SPORTS MASSAGE: A firmer massage that focuses on the specific areas of the body which relates to the sport or exercise involved. Helps relieve muscle tightness and soreness, too. A sports massage can reduce the chance of future injuries and speed up the recovery time of any existing ones.

COMBINATION THERAPY: My signature massage which introduces various styles and techniques all in one session.

COUPLES MASSAGE: Instructional, hands on massage that you and your partner learn to use at home. This is a ninety minute session.

REFLEXOLOGY: Foot massage plus specific pressure point work on the feet that helps reduce tension all over the body.

BODY GROOMING / MANSCAPING: Buzzing, clipping or shaving unwanted hair in all bodyzones.
